The service
The Birthday Report curates verified birthday freebie deals organized by city. Users can preview three sample deals for any available city at no cost. Full city reports are available for purchase. If we discontinue the service, we will provide at least 30 days' written notice and a reasonable content download period so you can save any reports you have purchased.
Purchases and access
Full city reports are available for a one-time payment of $3.99 per city. There is no subscription and no recurring charges. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Upon successful payment, we set a browser cookie (br_access) that grants you access to your purchased report for up to one year. No account creation is required. If you clear your cookies or switch devices, you can regain access using the email address associated with your purchase.
Refund policy
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are generally final. If you believe your report is substantially incomplete or contains significant errors, contact hello@birthdayreports.com within 14 days of purchase. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and will issue a refund if the report does not meet reasonable quality expectations.
Data accuracy
The deals and offers listed in our reports are sourced from publicly available information and verified on a monthly basis. However, deals, promotions, and offers are controlled by third-party businesses and may change, expire, or be discontinued at any time without notice to us. We do not guarantee that any specific deal will be available, honored, or accurate at the time you attempt to redeem it. Our reports are informational in nature. Always confirm details directly with the business before visiting.
Intellectual property
The compiled reports, methodology, data organization, and original written content on this site are proprietary to The Birthday Report. Our reports may include brief quotes or references from Reddit posts and other public sources, used under the principles of fair use for purposes of commentary, aggregation, and consumer information. Individual quotes remain the intellectual property of their respective authors. If you are a Reddit user and wish to have your content removed from a report, contact hello@birthdayreports.com. You may use purchased reports for personal reference but may not redistribute, resell, or republish report content.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Birthday Report is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any experiences, issues, or financial losses related to deals or businesses featured in our reports. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the report ($3.99).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service will be resolved in the courts of Denver, Colorado.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
